If there is no evidence and the ban was unjustified, SIMI must sue Shivraj patil and all top officials of the government for harassment, defamation, torture, agony and seek adequate compensation.

If there is evidence and the government did not produce it in Court to appease Muslims; some R.T.I. Activist must find it out and the incompetent man should be exposed.

Nevertheless, Shivraj Patil and his machinery must explain to the public the real culprits. If it was not SIMI then who is the culprit?

The Supreme Court today suspended the tribunal’s order lifting the ban on SIMI, which is declared a terror organization by the government. So, SIMI continues to remain a banned organization.
