”PCB won’t help drug offenders in future: Ashraf” is a very misleading title for this. I think Ashraf actually said that they would not help anyone else who ’gets themselves entangled in such confusing and embarrassing situations”. The title if true almost means that Asif is a ’Drug Offender’ and PCB DOES HELP THEM. Now that is not going to set well with anyone!! I hope the title is wrong... :)
